Portrait and Headshot Session Information:
What to know before you touch base for a consultation.
Headshots and Portraits
As a general rule, sessions begin with a half day cost of 300 Euro for 3 hours.
Corporate sessions for business headshots come with a discount, please contact me for details.
Beyond a 3 hour photo session. The price will vary and be dependent on the length of the session, and the shooting location.
We will review the images and you get to choose 10 shots you want to keep. The outstanding shots that you desire to be retouched, will then be set aside for sparkle and shine by myself. Each image you choose to be retouched will require a further fee. However, because you shot with me, retouching is discounted. A Basic headshot retouch will cost 10 Euro per image. Whilst, Beauty retouching will cost 30 Euro per image. You will recieve these retouched images within 7 days, and they will be high resolution for both Media and Print.
Please note, you are paying for the high resolution digital file; therefore, you are not locked in to paying high prices for prints. This means you may print as many copies as you like. A professional printer is however advised, as they know how to sharpen images specifically for their printer, and you want the best.
The cost does not include a make up artist or hair stylist; however, you may bring an artist to the session, or come to the session pre-prepared.
If I'm not coming to your location, and Studio Session Hire is required, then studio hire will be an additional cost, as will travel fees beyond the local of Cork City.
Preperation, Make up, Styling and Hair
Ensure that your initial impression is professional and positive.
You want portraits or headshot images that tell who you are and what you are about, I will work with you to achieve this. Please note, headshots are not a stand in front of the camera and smile event. This headshot sessions are about getting expressions and features which show you at your best and in the context for which the images are requested. You know, unless you are a one in a million, getting used to being in front of a lens and able to present yourself in the best manner takes some time. I'm here to work with you, and coach you.
As we move along, we will take pictures and look back at them together. It is easier for us to assess the photo's suitability for your usage.
Please ensure your hair styled the way you would like to appear. We can't have you looking like you just rolled out of bed, we want your hair in the images to be as close as possible to the way you look on a great hair day.
There is a discount for the retouching of Session Shots.
Basic headshot retouching: 10 Euro for individual Session Shots.
Beauty retouching: 30 Euro for individual Session Shots.
